Call Forwarding

Call forwarding ensures no call goes unanswered. Our virtual phone system allows each user to configure three call devices for receiving, making, and transferring calls.

Supported Call Devices

  1. SIP phones / softphones
  2. Smartphones
  3. Landlines / analogue phones

Our PBX forwards simultaneously or sequentially, depending on the user's preferences. This means calls may either ring all devices at once or in a sequence. Some companies refer to this feature as "Find Me, Follow Me." Some call collections of call devices "Ring" or "Hunt" groups, too.
